The British Film Institute (BFI) is inviting applications to its Programming Development Fund, which seeks to enhance audience choice by enabling exhibitors to back more adventurous programming.
The Programming Development Fund supports high-profile programming initiatives of cultural significance with a wide reach. It’s looking for programmes that encourage curatorial ambition, achieve economies of scale and bring films to UK audiences in a fresh and original way.
Applicants and/or their partners should have direct experience of film exhibition and audience development activity in the UK. They may be cinemas, cinema chains, film festivals or arts organisations with experience of film curation.
